Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any EWOTH trademarks.

Submitting and Claiming Words. Any claimed or submitted words that are accepted and posted on the Website shall remain your sole and exclusive property, you shall be solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of having it posted and published, and you shall maintain the right to request removal of your claimed or submitted words. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
